Four years old, Robby the Rotty is my faithful protector. He loves to play Frisbee and when we lived in Texas, a walk by the bay was his favorite thing.

He still likes walks though even though they are just in the neighborhood!

In the studio, the house or on walks, he is in a constant struggle with Gracie to be closest to me. He loves those big rawhide bones, sticks and even rocks to chew on.

And, sing? No other canine can compare to the notes he can reach! Except, maybe Vern, who was once thought to be a parrot from the sounds emanating from the back yard dog bath.

Ever the young ruffian, Robby is always prodding me to play and frolic, but woe to anyone who even remotely appears to be threatening or intimidating me! He will stare them down with a look that would send Godzilla running! Nobody, wisely, has ever challenged him.
